Legal basis of processing

This site processes data mainly based on users' consent. Consent is given through the banner at the bottom of the page, or through the use or consultation of the site, which is considered as conclusive behavior. By using or consulting the site, visitors and users approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data according to the methods and purposes described below, including possible disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service. Through communication or service request forms, additional consents are collected relating to the specific purpose of the service.

The provision of data and therefore consent to the collection and processing of data is optional; the User may refuse consent and may revoke at any time a consent already given by sending an email to info@decorporisvoce.com. However, refusing consent may make it impossible to provide certain services and the browsing experience on the site would be compromised.

Purpose of processing

The processing of data collected by the site, in addition to purposes connected, instrumental, and necessary for the provision of the service, is aimed at the following purposes:

Statistics (analysis)

Collection of data and information in an exclusively aggregated and anonymous form in order to verify the correct functioning of the site. None of this information is related to the physical person-User of the site, and it does not allow identification in any way. Consent is not required.

Security

Collection of data and information in order to protect the security of the site (antispam filters, firewall, virus detection) and of Users and to prevent or uncover fraud or abuse against the website. The data is recorded automatically and may also include personal data (IP address) that could be used, in accordance with current laws, to block attempts to damage the site itself or to harm other users, or in any case, harmful or criminal activities. Such data is never used for the identification or profiling of the User and is deleted periodically. Consent is not required.

Accessory activities

Communicate the data to third parties who perform functions necessary or instrumental to the operation of the service (e.g., comment box), and to allow third parties to carry out technical, logistical, and other activities on our behalf. The providers have access only to the personal data necessary to perform their tasks, and they undertake not to use the data for other purposes, and are required to process personal data in accordance with current regulations.

Collected data

This site collects user data in two ways.

Data collected automatically

During Users' navigation, the following information may be collected and stored in the site's server (hosting) log files:

internet protocol (IP) address;
browser type;
parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
name of the internet service provider (ISP);
date and time of visit;
web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit;
possibly the number of clicks.

This data is used for statistical and analytical purposes, exclusively in aggregated form. The IP address is used solely for security purposes and is not cross-referenced with any other data.

Data provided voluntarily

The site may collect other data in the event of voluntary use of services by users, such as comment services, communication services (contact forms, comment boxes), and these will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service:

name;
email address.

Place of processing

The data collected by the site are processed at the Data Controller's headquarters, and at the Web Host "Aruba" Datacenter (https://www.aruba.it/home.aspx), which is responsible for data processing, processing the data on behalf of the controller, is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European regulations.

Data retention period

The data collected by the site during its operation is kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there are further purposes for their retention.

The data (IP address) used for site security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are kept for 7 days.

Transfer of collected data to third parties

The data collected by the site is generally not provided to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate request by the judicial authority and only in cases provided for by law; when it is necessary for the provision of a specific service requested by the User; for the execution of security checks or site optimization.

Transfer of data to non-EU countries

This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular, with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized based on specific decisions of the European Union and the Data Protection Authority, in particular decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield - here is the information page of the Italian Data Protection Authority), for which no further consent is required. The above-mentioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

Cookie

This site uses cookies, text files that are stored on the user's device or that allow access to information on the user's device. Cookies allow information to be stored about visitors' preferences, are used to verify the proper functioning of the site and to improve its features by customizing the content of the pages based on the type of browser used, or to simplify navigation by automating procedures (e.g. Login, site language), and finally for the analysis of site usage by visitors.

This site uses the following categories of cookies:

technical cookies, used solely for the purpose of carrying out the transmission of an electronic communication, to ensure the correct display of the site and navigation within it. In addition, they allow distinguishing between the various connected users in order to provide a requested service to the right user (Login), and for site security reasons. Some of these cookies are deleted when the browser is closed (session cookies), others have a longer duration (such as the cookie necessary to store the user's consent regarding the use of cookies, which lasts 1 year). Third-party cookies

This site also acts as an intermediary for third-party cookies (such as social network buttons), used to provide additional services and features to visitors and to simplify the use of the site itself, or to provide personalized advertising. This site has no control over their cookies, which are entirely managed by third parties, and has no access to the information collected through said cookies. It should be noted that generally user tracking does not involve identification of the user, unless the User is already registered for the service and is also already logged in, in which case it is understood that the User has already given their consent directly to the third party at the time of registration for the relevant service (e.g. Facebook).

Google Analytics: used to analyze users' use of the site, compile reports on site activities and user behavior, check how often users visit the site, how the site is found, and which pages are visited most frequently. The information is combined with information collected from other sites in order to create a comparative overview of the site's use compared to other sites in the same category.

Data collected: browser identifier, date and time of interaction with the site, referring page, IP address.

Data processing location: European Union as the anonymization of the service is active.

The data collected does not allow the personal identification of users, and is not cross-referenced with other information relating to the same individuals. They are processed in aggregate and anonymized form (truncated to the last octet). According to a specific agreement, Google Inc. is prohibited from cross-referencing this data with that obtained from other services.

The user can disable (opt-out) the collection of data by Google Analytics selectively by installing the specific component provided by Google (opt out) on their browser.

Youtube: platform, owned by Google, for video sharing. Cookies are set when accessing the page containing the embed, and when starting the video, and do not allow the identification of the User unless they are already logged into their Google profile.
For the videos on the site, the "enhanced privacy (no cookie)" option has been enabled, which ensures that YouTube does not store information about visitors unless they voluntarily play the video.

Data collected: number and behavior of service users, IP address, information linking site visits to the Google account for users already logged in, video viewing preferences.

Data processing location: USA.

Social Network Plugin

This site also incorporates plugins and/or buttons in order to allow easy sharing of content on your favorite social networks. When you visit a page on our website that contains a plugin, your browser connects directly to the servers of the social network from which the plugin is loaded, and this server can track your visit to our website and, if applicable, associate it with your social account, especially if you are logged in at the time of your visit or if you have recently browsed one of the websites containing social plugins. If you do not want the social network to record data relating to your visit to our website, you must log out of your social account and, most likely, delete the cookies that the social network has installed in your browser.

This site has plugins with advanced user privacy protection features, which do not send cookies or access cookies present on the user's browser when the page is opened, but only after clicking on the plugin.

The collection and use of information by such third parties are governed by their respective privacy policies, to which you are kindly requested to refer.

Security measures

We process visitors’/users’ data lawfully and fairly, adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of data. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal data during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information in transit. Processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of persons involved in the organization of the site or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers) may have access to the data.

User rights

Pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196, the User may, according to the procedures and within the limits provided by current legislation, exercise the following rights:

to object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication;
to request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him or her (right of access);
to know its origin;
to receive intelligible communication thereof;
to have information about the logic, methods, and purposes of the processing;
to request the updating, rectification, integration, deletion, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected;
in cases of processing based on consent, to receive, at the sole cost of any support, his or her data provided to the controller, in a structured and machine-readable format and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Garante Privacy – link to the Garante page);
as well as, more generally, to exercise all the rights recognized by current legal provisions.

Google is appointed as data processor, processing data on behalf of the controller (Google Analytics).
